WHY DOES THE HELPER WORK?

  1. Real resistance exercises have been shown to maintain and improve bone density along with muscle tissue. Also it strengthens the immune system of the body which aides in fighting off sickness and disease.
  2. The Helper is user friendly as no weight is placed on the shoulders or raised above the head.
