FRONT LATERAL RAISE (PALMS UP)
 
WHY USE THE HELPER?
This exercise when performed as outlined in the book will not only work the chest muscles but will also have an effect on the triceps as well as the front deltoids.

 

THE FRONT LATERAL RAISE
With the palms facing up this exercise will do the job. THE HELPER makes the chest and the front deltoids (anterior) work differently. Because of the close grip, palms facing up and that both hands come up at the same time, the muscles work and respond with total isolation. Palms up is an awesome exercise.
