If you are exercising and training with free weights (barbells and dumbbells), and/or weight stack machines, adding THE HELPER to your program will enhance it, isolate your muscles better and force them to work. THE HELPER replaces no equipment, but adds to your workout and development.

WHY DOES THE HELPER WORK?
HERE ARE 5 GOOD REASONS
  1. Total isolation of the muscle. When a muscle is isolated more concentration, effort and focus can be directed when sets and repetitions are performed giving you better results.
  2. Stricter repetitions. This helps to eliminate throwing in other muscle groups (cheating), and places the movement on to the isolated muscle. Cheating reps have their own place and benefit in training programs.
  3. "Sticking points". Everyone who exercises with free weights and machines eventually reach a "sticking point". You may not recognize it, but it happens. A "sticking point" is where results stop as you have reached a plateau in your development and no exercises seem to work. This can be frustrating, and even causes people to quit exercising. A foolish move.

  4. THE HELPER can break through this lack of response. Variety is the spice of life. Think about that, because THE HELPER is new to your body and you have never worked with it, the muscles that it effects will respond faster, and development will occur sooner. This will help break open those "sticking points".
    Remember that every 6 to 8 weeks or less, some changes need to be made in your program so that your muscles will continue to make progress and be working towards your goals. Performing the same exercises with the same sets and repetitions, while using the same equipment, makes the muscles stale and lazy. Switching around gives the muscles a jolt and keeps them developing. THE HELPER works them like no barbell, dumbbell, or weight stack/load machine can, because it is not a barbell, dumbbell or machine.   5. "Flushing method". This is an advanced method of training that can be performed with THE HELPER. This type of training will cause an isometric response that will give an increase in muscle separation.
  6. Partial repetitions. This is another way to continue to work your muscle fiber after you have finished performing full repetitions, or if you have physical limitations such as limited mobility and joint problems, doing partial reps can be beneficial.
